22 February 2019 is Yukon Heritage Day. It’s also George
Washington’s actual birthday, as opposed to the holiday named after him. It was
always a school holiday when I was a kid, but that may have been because it was
the day that Grover Cleveland signed the bill that allowed Washington (where I
lived) to be upgraded from a territory to a state.
