16 April 12020 is World Voice Day. It is Peter Ustinov’s
birthday. On this day in 1963 Martin Luther King Jr. wrote his “Letter from
Birmingham Jail.” I had to venture forth for food earlier and things are
getting stranger. Masked figures lurk everywhere, and everyone avoids one
another. In some ways I wish it were always like this, but it does feel
disquieting. Somehow.
